Super Easy Stewed Prunes with Orange

Preparation time: 5 minutes
Cooking time: 15 minutes
Serves 1

Ingredients
1/2 cup (85g) dried prunes, seeded if available
1/4 cup (60ml) fresh orange juice
1/4 cup (60ml) water
5cm strip orange rind, sliced thinly
1 cinammon stick
2 cardamon pods, bruised with blade of knife

Method

Place all ingredients in small saucepan, bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer, covered, for 10 minutes.

Serve with a dollop of creamy goat’s milk yogurt or Fage Total 0% for a real treat.
