Cracking 15 stone….again!

December 12, 2007 at 10:24 pm 7 comments

I’ve been really slack. I haven’t posted for ages. I even forgot to weigh myself on Sunday. I was probably too busy stuffing my face! It’s been a bit like that. I weighed myself Monday instead. 15 stone 1.2 pounds. My first weight loss goal was to crack 15 stone (210 pounds) and as of yesterday I have just done it. Again. For the third time in as many months. I seem to be playing around with the same five pounds, on, off, on, off. I’m working 14 hour days at the moment, not exercising, and indulging in office treats rather more often than I should. But I’ve been counting points since Monday, and at least I’m currently moving in the right direction.

Repeating the same old mistakes And again. Only moving in the wrong direction!

We weigh about the same and have been going through the same problem. I keep fluctuating between 14.12-15.4, I’d be 13 stone if I lost the pounds and didnt put them on! I have turned over a new leaf now though and I am quite excited for the time when I am under 14 stones!! Good luck!

And your stats at the top of your page have inspired me to put mine up like that too! I think this is the beginning of a beautiful friendship. LOL.

Hi, Just found this site, and you are in the same situation as myself. It is damn hard to get that drop in weight happening. I do need someone to work in with so that we can communicate and inspire each other to lose that damn weight. I am trying not to eat the dreaded bread, and keep off wheaten and gluten. They make you feel bloated. I am going on a couple of trips and want to go away feeling lighter than I am now. I took a couple of overweight friends to the gym some months for an assessment hoping that they would join me in trying to lose the weight, but no luck there. Therefore, no encouragement between each other. I think that fast walking would really help me. Gym membership just expired, and I only got there about 5 times in 6 months. I need support and encouragement. Are you interested?? Kind regards, Adrienne N.Zealand
