I got home after work today, fell into bed and slept till 10pm. Got up, had some cereal, a juice (3 apples, a lemon, 4 ounces white grapes, recipe from SuperJuice), and I’m about to go back to bed. No workout today. I can barely hold myself upright. Despite staying under my allotted WW points for the day and getting 9 servings of fruit and veg, it’s not been a stand-out nutritional day. Very little non-dairy protein, and 8 of those 9 F&V servings were fruit.
If it seems that I use a lot of fruit and no veg in my juices, that’s because I used up all my carrots (the other common base) earlier in the week before I started telling you about my recipes. I do use other veg too though – watercress, spinach, bell peppers, celery, beetroot and so on, but I need to go to the supermarket. Even so, I will try and do better over the weekend. ‘night all.

My Weight Loss Goals
1. Crack 15 stone (210 lbs) for the third and final time. June 7, 2009
2. Lose 10% of my body fat (14 stone 5/201 lbs).
3. Fit into a size 18 (US 16).
4. Lose another 10% of my body fat (12 stone 13/181 lbs).
5. Get my BMI under 30 (12 stone 9/177 lbs) - no longer obese, just overweight now.
6. Weigh less than my husband.
7. Fit into a size 16 (US 14).
8. Lose my third 10% (11 stone 9/163 lbs).
